What if I have a high-deductible health plan?

Co-Pays / What is my co-pay?
Your co-pay is due at the time of your visit. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, money orders, and checks are accepted. At the time of your visit, we will verify your eligibility, as well as your co-pay amount. You may also reference your insurance card, where primary care co-pays are typically listed. Lastly, your insurance carrier can easily assist you in verifying your co-pay amount prior to your visit.
