Co-Pays
Your co-pay is due at the time of your visit. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, money orders, and checks are accepted.
What is my co-pay?
At the time of your visit, we will verify your eligibility, as well as your co-pay amount. You may also reference your insurance card, where primary care co-pays are typically listed. Lastly, your insurance carrier can easily assist you in verifying your co-pay amount prior to your visit.
