Thornton Location:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00AM until 6:00PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00AM until 7:00PM

After Hours Care
For your convenience, Front Range Primary Care has partnered with AfterOurs Urgent Care to provide you with fast, affordable urgent care services, when our office is closed. No appointment is necessary! Simply walk in to any AfterOurs Urgent Care location during evenings, weekends and holidays, and an AfterOurs provider will treat your non-life and limb threatening injury or illness. Call ahead to your specific location for exact hours of operation.  Your treatment records will be forwarded to our staff, and a member of our team will call to schedule follow-up care in our office, if necessary.
